At North Lake Middle School, LEARNING is our primary focus. We look forward to developing partnerships as an avenue to assist all students with their academic success. Parents are encouraged to contact teachers directly via email or phone call with any questions regarding student progress in a particular class.

Student grades can be monitored through Family Access. It is most helpful if parents and students choose one day per week to check grades and academic progress. This will ensure fewer surprises when progress reports and final grades are sent home.

Family Access
Just follow these simple directions to use Family Access. Start at the Lake Stevens School District web site: www.lkstevens.wednet.edu

  • On the top menu under Parents & Students you’ll find the link for Family Access
  • A window will appear that displays the Skyward Family Access Login and Password boxes – enter your login and password as provided for you below
  • Be sure to go to your Account Info once logged in and input a valid email address for your account. Doing this will allow you to retrieve your account info should you forget your login or password in the future. You may also change your account login and password to something more familiar under your account info area.

That’s it! You will then be able to explore important school related information about your child or children. Your parent login should link you to all of your students under one account.

Occasionally the Family Access web server may be down for maintenance. This will usually take place after 9:00 pm on Friday night until 9:00 am on Sunday morning. If you get an error message, please try again at a later time.

We welcome you to this latest addition of technological communication and hope you will find Family Access to be an important part of your ongoing relationship with your school family. This site will also provide you with email addresses of teachers and school employees so that you may communicate with us at times that are convenient for you.
