2024-2025 School Year

Football uniforms will be handed out Tuesday, Sept. 2 beginning at 4 p.m. in the LSMS gym. The first day of football practice is Wednesday, Sept. 4. If you have any questions, please contact the head coach, Nick Page.

All 7th grade students may participate in football.

You must do the following in order to participate:

1. Create an account at Final Forms and complete the registration
2. A sports physical must be completed by a physician and is good for 2 years. You may download and print the form and take it with you to the doctor's office, or you may use the form provided by the doctor's office. Once completed, you may upload the form to the Final Forms account, or turn it in to the North Lake Office.
3. An ASB card must be purchased for $15.  You can do this via Online Payments, or in the North Lake office with cash, check or card.
