You must do the following in order to participate:
All 7th grade students may participate in football.
1. Create a FamilyID account at: Arbiter Sports and complete the registration
2. A sports physical must be completed by a physician and is good for 2 years. You may download/print the form HERE and take it with you to the doctor's office or you may use the form provided by the doctor's office. Once completed, you may upload the form to the FamilyID account, or turn it in to the North Lake Office.
3. An ASB card must be purchased for $15. You can do this via Online Payments, or in the North Lake office with cash, check or card.
