Cross Country
2024-2025 School Year.
Please note: The first day of Cross Country will be Monday, September 9th, 2024. If you have any questions you may contact the head coach: evan_griswold@lkstevens.wednet.edu
All 7th grade students may participate in Cross Country. You must have the following items in before practicing:
1. Create an account at: Final Forms and complete the registration
2. A sports physical must be completed and is good for 2 years. You may download/print the sports physical form here and take it with you to the doctor's office or you may use the form provided by the doctor's office. Once completed, you may upload the form to the Final Forms account, or turn it in to the North Lake Office.
3. An ASB card must be purchased for $15.00 if your student is going to participate in a sport. You can do this via Online Payments, or the North Lake office with cash, check or card.
