25-2026 Bulldog Basketball
Please note: The boys basketball season will take place October 27th - December 17th. Tryouts will take place October 27th and 28th from 3pm - 4:30pm. These are cut sports, so you are encouraged to attend both days of tryouts.

All 7th grade boys may participate in basketball. You must have the following items in before tryouts.
1. Create an account at: Final Forms and complete the registration.
2. A sports physical must be completed and is good for 2 years. You may download/print the sports physical form here and take it with you to the doctor's office or you may use the form provided by the doctor's office. Once completed, you may upload the form to the Final Forms account, or turn it in to the North Lake Office.
3. An ASB card must be purchased for $15.00 if your student is going to participate in a sport. You can do this via Online Payments, or the North Lake office with cash, check or card.
